My client is an innovative financial technology company that allows day traders to compete in a real-time virtual trading environment. The top traders earn fully funded accounts where they keep their first $10K in profits — and a share thereafter.

It’s a dynamic, product-driven company blending fintech, gamification, and data-driven insights, and it’s in an exciting growth phase — planning to hire 80 people in the next 6 months, including 20 Senior Software Engineers on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key Responsibilities

– Partner with Product Managers and Designers to architect intuitive, responsive web applications for traders.

– Lead development of modern React/TypeScript frontends and scalable Node.js APIs on AWS.

– Build and maintain component libraries, GraphQL integrations, and microservice communication layers.

– Drive DevOps excellence, improving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure as code.

– Champion UI/UX quality — every interaction matters when milliseconds count in trading.

– Mentor peers and contribute to shaping the technical roadmap of a rapidly scaling product.

Required Qualifications

– 6+ years total experience in full-stack or frontend development.

– 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.

– Strong background in Node.js and AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform).

– Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

– Proven success building B2C or SaaS products with polished user experiences.

– Excellent collaboration skills — thrives in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

– Experience in high-scale B2C platforms (e-commerce, fintech, streaming, trading, etc.).

– Knowledge of GraphQL, real-time data streaming, or micro-frontend architectures.

– Exposure to trading, financial, or analytics applications.

– Passion for crafting rich, intuitive, and friendly interfaces for end users.
