Key Responsibilities:
– Contribute to the design and evolution of reliable, maintainable systems that scale with our business and customer needs.
– Take ownership of features and services from planning through delivery, balancing speed, quality, and long-term impact.
– Collaborate across teams to shape thoughtful, well-structured engineering solutions that reflect product and technical goals.
– Strengthen engineering practices through code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of delivery workflows.
– Participate in incident response and reliability planning to ensure our systems remain observable, performant, and resilient.
– Actively engage in the technical community within the team—sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and helping peers grow.
– Bring curiosity, perspective, and initiative to every project, helping raise the bar for technical quality and team culture.
Required Qualifications and Key Competencies:
– 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (experience with C# and Kubernetes is great).
– Proficiency in modern programming languages.
– Experience architecting and scaling software systems and services.
– Strong understanding of integration testing and reliability engineering.
– Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
– Ability to scoped technical efforts and estimate accurately.
– Effective communicator in both design documents and real-time collaboration.
– Growth mindset with a desire to mentor and learn from others.
